Does downloading a file from Microsoft download at the same speeds? Some of us have jobs you know and can't post all day like others can. If you want help, be more patient. May want to check that out , I have also noticed this will flag , when you have a twisted pair ( networked box- box) one machine set as a server for the others. edit: of course most routers have a setting to let you know this. Blunted 2 Posted March 9, 2007 CID Share Posted March 9, 2007 you dont have to change anything the test reads the line wrong and it is not correct. make sure your computer is clean of viruses and spyware and to rule out some equipment try to directly connect the modem to your comp and try a test on www.speakeasy.net/speedtest on the nyc test and that would be most accurate for you since its so close. post the results back here and we can try tweaking it from there sorry if i take a bit to respond cause i am a bit busy with other things and i am currently helping 3 others with there optimum connections.
