3000/384 Help... Only getting half...

Hi forumers,

Recently upgraded my 512/256 to a much faster( at least faster then the previous one) speed... 3000/ 384. But not getting at least 90% of it... I am only getting about 1500/ 164...

- Windows XP Home SP2

- Singtel MioBox Ethernal Modern 3000/ 384

- Tried tweaking with cablenut, 10Mbps_full duplex, 100Mbps_full duplex, DSL PPPoE 3000, Cable and DSL 3000, TCP Optimizer. No BIG changes. Only getting around 1500- 1600...

- Did the rest of the steps... but not yet build an own file yet...

Hope FallowEarth and VanBuren can come and help me out again... just hope everything go straight...
