Belkin Router with delusions of DOS Attacks

I have AT&T DSL, and I have the Belkin Router F5D7230-4 version 2000.

In this router, the security log constantly shows DOS attacks like this:

I have tracerouted most of these IPs, and they all come from SBC Global. So, apparently, the router thinks that the SBC servers are trying to DOS the router. When this happens every second, as it did in this log, it slows down my download speed to 200 Kbps. When it stops, such as the pause between 7:01 and 7:23, I have high download speeds around 1500 Kbps.
