My upload is fine but my download is crap.

you have some sort of serious problem.....maybe a bad modem...have you called & said anything to them & try to get it resolved....99% of the time my speeds are what i pay for & i am using vista which at this point in time the tcp settings can not be edited

I have had three techs out here and  called them atleast 20 times. They can't seem to find the problem, I have also went through three different modems since this occured.

My new download speed after they have worked on it.

O.o they finally fixed it took them a week to find out it was in their office but its fixed. Said that there needs to be more config done to it tho.

This is more like the speeds im supposed to get.
