Shadow21 Posted April 8, 2007 Author CID Share Posted April 8, 2007 my issue is that i cannot go over the 30kB/s i use to get around 300kB/s. my computer is the only one getting a limited 30/kb because my friends get the full benefit, and theres only one ISP around here.
