Slow Download/Upload speeds

I am currently using RoadRunner's Standard Broadband Service (5Mbps/512 kbps); and approx. 10 miles from the station.

Download Speed is:: 64 kB/s

Upload Connection is:: 317 Kbps about 0.3 Mbps (tested with 579 kB)

Download went down 300 kbps...

I get good test here. I have 10/1 Insightbb.

All the companies care about is money. They no longer put emphasis on Research but instead maintaining their current equipment. You'd need to move out of the country to see some progress.

But thanks for your help. If it doesn't improve by Saturday I'll start complaining to the pitiful customer service they have.
