bryanlautt Posted April 22, 2007 CID Share Posted April 22, 2007 Has anybody ever had problems having your card go through online trying to make a purchase was hell. anyway i finenally cancelled my order with new and went to tiger direct without a hitch it worked fine and also order car parts from adanced auto parts online and that worked fine and then i orded Xpad for my laptop and that worked fine. New egg sucks when it comes to trying to purchase things online using your check/debit card. kept giving emails about being an error and blah blah blah, oh well they just lost my money. disturbed Posted April 22, 2007 CID Share Posted April 22, 2007 no prob for me either, i have dozens of purchases as newegg.com - they do have in my opinion good security features..... you might be having problems if: - you are trying to purchase on a credit/debit card which has address A listed on there and you are trying to ship to some other address B - they don't allow that - your checking/debit card company has extra security features implemented which require you to identify yourself with a password every time you try and make an online purchase.... ...many others as well......otherwise, there should not be any issues - i love newegg Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you try to get a rebate they lie and say you didn't send them a UPC from the packages, and even if you clear that up by faxing a copy of the one you sent them, they still drag their asses and months go by waiting for your rebates.
