For the longest time (Ive been setup with Bell Sympatico high speed for about 3 years) Ive never had any issues but just within the last two days my download limit has fallen from ~250kbytes/s to 17kbytes/s. Heres the score: :::.. I did a search for download caps on bell sympatico and it said they were planning a 5GB download cap a couple years ago that never went through and high speed still has no bandwidth cap here. Only other info I can tell you about my network is that theres two PCs in it (both are effected) we use an additional router (and always have) to connect to the ISP. Other PC was off while performing the test and slowest PC on the network is an AthlonXP. I tried downloading a trailer a little while ago after resetting my modem and router again.. it hit 280 for about 10 seconds then dropped almost instantly to 17. I called bell and they spent about 40 mins on the phone with me and fixed it all up.. heres the new specs :::..
