Now with Vista I get a max of 2 or 3. Here's what I've done following the sticky outline: 1. Vista 2. Comcast 3. TCP Optimizer 4. :::.. Download Stats ..::: Download Connection is:: 136 Kbps about 0.1 Mbps (tested with 386 kB) Download Speed is:: 17 kB/s Tested From:: https://testmy.net/ (Server 1) Test Time:: 2007/06/28 - 1:50pm Bottom Line:: 2X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 60.24 sec Tested from a 386 kB file and took 23.315 seconds to complete Download Diagnosis:: May need help : running at only 2.38 % of your hosts average (comcast.net) D-Validation Link:: https://testmy.net/stats/id-BV3U0OATP User Agent:: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.8.1.4) Gecko/20070515 Firefox/2.0.0.4 [!] 5. -10. Done 11. Looking for a firewall right now .. 12. Done with NOD32 13. - 15. Done I'm running the same programs that I did with XP. Anti-Virus: NOD32 Ad-Ware: Ad-Ware Pro Spybot S&D The only programs that I haven't installed yet were System Mech 7 and Comodo FW. Comodo FW isn't compatible yet so I'll have to look elsewhere.
