Most of the time I get 1350 - 1400 kbps (out of 1500, and going overseas) when testing, but then it just wouldn't go any faster. Still waiting for the upgrade Edit: If you saw my upload... it's always been that way when I test here. Is that the minimum speed for the test? During the test ZoneAlarm shows no upload activity, and disabling it has no effect on speed. I get 80 kbps when uploading on the Chello testserver.
