In my limited experience get some arctic sliver 5 thermal paste, it took my cpu from 68 degrees load to 58. (stock 3.0GHz and 1.30 volts) Nice low voltage on the cpu. Is that memory dual channel? And yes i am going to use the onboard video until i can afford a new gfx card. The case does come with a ps but dont know how reliable its going to be, have a 500 watt ps just in case.
