robinsteb 0 Report post · CID: 11200583468 Posted September 13, 2007 Would someone please explain to me how the rolling 30 days works? Also can someone recommend some freeware bandwidth montering programs? I am about to exceed my limit and I need to figure out how I am doing that. Thanks for the help in advance. sierrasatsyst 0 Report post · CID: 688737345181 Posted November 15, 2007 rolling 30 days means the amount of bandwidth you have use in the last 30 days from today. So you start counting backwards from today, tomorrow, the dayafter tomorrow. You get it ? 30 days back . So your bandwidth will change form day to day. It's not like Hugh's. that limits your bandwidth for each month.

WildBlueGyrl 0 Report post · CID: 221465783555 Posted November 15, 2007 Like Sierra said, it differs from month to month, depending on your usage. For instance, let's say on day 4 of your service, you download 3 MB of information. That information counts against your allowed download amount until day 34. On day 35, that 3MB rolls off. However, if you go over your allowed amount of download *or upload -- it works the same way*, it will take 30 days from the day you went over to roll off and get your back to your regular speed, not when the bulk of your downloading rolls off. Hope that helps!!
