That being said, I use testmy.net the most for benchmarking my connection. I figure it to be a pretty good representation. When multiple users are connected to my ftp @ work it will supply usually between 6-10 Mbps... depends on time of day, etc... but the lowest I see on a day to day basis is about what testmy.net showes me, so it's somewhere in the ballpark...
