HELP! Slow Internet Speed.....

I have OptOnline with boost which is supposto be 30mb down and 3mb up, testmy says im at 28% of adverage with out boost, i get 6mb down and 300kb up, i have a linksys router (wrt54g) i tryed cablenut which made it 6mb down was at 3mb, but trying to get closer to the advertised speed. any ideas?

Follow the following steps to increase the speed

1. Go to Start-> Run-> and type gpedit.msc

2. Expand the Administrative Templates branch

3. Expand the Network tab

4. Highlight QoS Packet Scheduler

5. Click on Limit Reservable Bandwidth and check the enabled box

6. Then Change the Bandwidth limit % to 0 %

After that check the speed <snip> HERE
