i'm in washington, on the 8mb plan. ive dabbled in cablenut along with the calculator. my downloads climbed nicely, but my upload crashed something fierce. i've tried many ccs files with no luck, everytime i stray from original settings my upload falls to .2 instead of 1.5. does anyone have ccs file thats working well for up and down?
