hey ROGMAN and welcome to the forum :)

you running 91% of the burst cap of 1500 Kbps and thats very good

you can try to tweak upload, by installing Cablenut https://testmy.net/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=1013.0;id=64

open adjuster and change Default Send window to 128000

click save to registry and reboot

good luck

Calculated rwin using my special tool i get 192000 for your 1500Kbps and if you want to change mtu to 1492 as recommended in tweak test get raspppoe from www.raspppoe.com and follow the instruction for your OS I had speed improvement when I started using raspppoe so you should be to Good Luck!

http://www.dslreports.com/faq/2252

quote

"Q: Raising MTU from 1480 with WinXP, using *built in* PPPoE connection software. (#2252)

A: As of 10/15/01, there is no way known to raise MTU in WinXP from 1480. This issue is seen only by WinXP users who are connecting with the built in PPPoE connection software. If you change to RASPPPoE, or use a router instead, your MTU should then default to 1492. RASPPPoE is popular, free, and less problematic than WinPoet (another choice).

This small difference (12 bytes) in MTU is negligible however, and should cause no concern. Check back from time to time though for a "fix"."

I dont think you will gain any speed by increasing MTU to 1492, in this speed range.

The theoretical network limit is 0.63 Mbps

The transmit buffer (101.0 KByte) limits the application to 3.27 Mbps

Your receive buffer (188.0 KByte) limits the application to 6.11 Mbps

The network based flow control limits the application to 6.16 Mbps

Client Data reports link is 'Ethernet', Client Acks report link is 'Ethernet'

Server Data reports link is '10 Gig', Server Acks report link is 'T1'

As you can see i believe in being through. since i wasnt able to run this test yesterday.
