fishey Posted November 20, 2007 CID Share Posted November 20, 2007 I purchased xplornet satillite system three weeks ago. My speeds have never even averaged 50% of what they are billing me for. I have called them many times and got nothing but put on hold and listen to music for 30mins or cut off. I am very upset with their nonsence and am about to demand a refund. I just received a cheque for Fed Nor as they will pay 75% for business in our area for high speed service. This service is at times worse than dail up. I am going to call the community services tomorrow and let them know I will return the cheque and see if they can find another service that will deliver high speed honestly. Has anyone else had these problems? Or do you know of another service that will deliver what they say? So far I can only say STAY AWAY FROM XPLORNET INTERNET SERVICES.
