Problem with upload speed

Hi guys!

I'm new here and I hope you can help me.

I have a dsl connection and my download speed is ok at 2500 kbps but my upload is very slow its only 28 kbps. I have called my Isp about this and its been a month but they still have not fixed it. is there a way for me to speed up my upload?

I tested it here and here is what i got

Download Connection is:: 182 Kbps about 0.2 Mbps (tested with 1075 kB)

Download Speed is:: 22 kB/s

Tested From:: http://www.testmy.net

Test Time:: 2007/12/05 - 1:31am

Bottom Line:: 3X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 46.55 sec

Tested from a 1075 kB file and took 48.469 seconds to complete

Download Diagnosis:: May need help : running at only 28.26 % of your hosts average (pldt.net)

but no upload stats

I tested in speedtest .net and this what I got

2557 download speed

28 kbps upload

You'll also want to post what you're paying for.. ie if you're paying for 2048/256 you're slow but if you're paying for 2048/128 you're fast.. let us know what you're paying for and also your setup, what modem you're using, do you have a router, wired or wireless, etc.
