mikews Posted December 10, 2007 CID Share Posted December 10, 2007 Hello My name is mike and I am new to the forum I would appreciate any kind of input I have a linksys router wrt54 g. that I own and had a Motorola surfboard modem that I am renting thought charter. From May of this year up until about a month ago both modem and router where working incredible well. Then all of a sudden modem keeps resetting itself. I am know on my second modem which is a ambit u10c018 and I am still having the same problem. Charter has told me everything looks good on their end and that maybe I should invest in their modem and router and have it professionally installed. I have told charter it was working fine a month ago and so the problem is still unresolved .
