TimPawlak Posted December 11, 2007 CID Share Posted December 11, 2007 I got this about 2 weeks ago when I got phone service threw cable... i like the motorola better.... but i was wondering if you guys could help me find the password to get into the "advanced" page in the modem. I cannot restart the modem when i need to because its battery operated if its unplugged... I need to reboot it sometimes and its getting annoying. I tried calling arris and they told me to call insight.. called insight and they told me that they did not have the modem password information. coknuck Posted December 12, 2007 CID Share Posted December 12, 2007 On one end you can see a cover that comes off. Open it and pull the battery plus unplug it.
