I have road runner cable at 6mb/s. well, when i test using the test tool in this site, i get decent speed measurement.. however when I download at certain website that I go.. I am getting like 1/5 of speed of when I had my dsl service... I used to download at over 300kb/s.. with dsl which was 3 mb service but now, i'm downloading at 50~60kb/s.. sometimes 30~40..or even lower.. I tested at my work, friends house and other places it downloads about 300kb/s.. however.. at home it only maxes out at 60.. sometimes 70 if i'm having a blast day.. can anyone help me?? thanks in advance.
