deerkill10 Posted February 4, 2005 CID Share Posted February 4, 2005 Now everyone who has wrongway satellite internet you must complain to the right people ....If you feel you are being ripped off you must complain to your states atttorney generals office or public service board if your state has one . By complaining to Direcway is going to do nothing they will listen but when you end the call tthats the end of their problem. You cannot falsley advertise a product and lock people into contracts paying in some places double the price of broadband for 1/2 the speed(and thats being nice) so dont waste your energy calling India call your AG office they will put pressure on these people .
