He was referring to contraception, stating in other words from my view, if his girl happen to get pregnant at any young age, they should be able to just abort the child, and not have to deal with such a predicament. What a putz! Of course they'll right him another speech saying , oh, I never meant that, you know that, it was just something that sounded bad. State what they want to hear in that state and denounce it as a much forgiven mistake in the next.
