1,5 Mbps up, then you should try to tweak your upload if you have win XP SP2

1st find your MSS value with this analyzer http://forums.speedguide.net:8117/

if its 1460 continue, if its not, let me know what MSS value you got, so i can make a new file for you

download and install Cablenut https://testmy.net/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=1013.0;id=64

download this attached file, unzip it to C:ProgramCablenut

open cablenut adjuster, in top left corner click file, load custom settings file,  browse to C:ProgramCablenut and dubble click on the file you unzipped.

now click save to registry and reboot

check speed again

RTT max:              4139.4 ms

RTT avg:              2171.5 ms

with this ping the tweak i suggested wont work

anyways try this, click delete cablenut tweaks and click save to registry

now your back to the windows default values

change DefaultSend window from blanke field to 16384 and click save to registry again and reboot.

btw do you have other tweaks installed, like TCP optimizer?

its still really slow.. could you just tell me how to restore everything back to how it was before? (before I even installed cablenut)

thanks

I do not know what tweak program you been using in the past, i can only restore you to windows default settings.....

you should know what tweaks you been using and reload them
