estimate = 134.41 based on packet size = 11Kbits, RTT = 80.6msec, and loss = 1.0E-6

The theoretical network limit is 134.41 Mbps

The NDT server has a 101.0 KByte buffer which limits the throughput to 9.79 Mbps

Your PC/Workstation has a 15.0 KByte buffer which limits the throughput to 1.51 Mbps

The network based flow control limits the throughput to 1.61 Mbps

seems like the test read the data from a server ( NOC? ), showing a RTT of 80.6msec and a RWIN of "Your PC/Workstation has a 15.0 KByte buffer which limits the throughput to 1.51 Mbps"

this means that no matter how much tweaks your running, you will always be limited by this low RWIN on the server

So Van does this info tell you that our speed is capped by Direcway and since my info was diffrent than Jlester that it is controlled and varies by the amount of users?

yea i think your capped, how i do not know, alot of the info from these tests is above my knowledge

there is a matematical formula how fast you can go on a certain latency with a certain MSS and a certain RWIN

use this calculator and test

Ok  i ran 10  test with default settings . All of my test were between 1500k and 1600k  Then i used the tweaks and all of them were between 1500k - 1600k except the DW4000 MTU 1460_VanBuren_test file ran  in between 500k-800k max. But all the other dw4000 setups were almost identical. Well im not to sad about my s-peed seems to be stable tonight  granted its sunday night lol. But anyways i guess it dun work for me?  Anyways thanx Van and everybody for all the input. it's helped a lot of people not me but oh well i will live lol . Good work
