Thanks Welcome to testmy.net itchimitten Please poet your Internet Service Provider as well as the bandwidth you have, of the package. Also the components in your home network. We may be able to set up QOS in your router, so that when you get a call, or make one, the router gives the VIOP more bandwidth to use. We can discuss this further in the VOIP thread.
