dlewis23 Posted June 17, 2008 CID Share Posted June 17, 2008 Look on the sides of the notebook for a really small pin sized hole. There is usually one, and that is for resetting the notebook. If not then they are correct you will have to take it too a service center because they are going to have to take the notebook apart to reset it. IDK how comfortable you are taking a notebook apart, they are not that hard, but if you where to do it you would just need to get too the battery, and pull it to reset it.
