sweetcherrygurl Posted July 27, 2008 CID Share Posted July 27, 2008 i need more information - what model is your canopy? are you accessing it through internet explorer or some built in program to access it? if accessing it by IP address via internet explorer, did you try logging in using the DEFAULT IP address for it? did you try powering it down for several minutes and then trying it again?
