My self I am on dsl with them and run pretty close to advertised speeds. 1.1 advertised and I usually get around 8 or 9. For me thats fast enough. Really dont download a bunch and surfing is fast enough. If I am in a huge hurry Just change a few simple settings with my tabbed browser and I can speed things up a bunch. I just set almost everything to open in a new tab when rushed. When no hurry I just set it to only open in new tab when click on link with my middle mouse button. Wonder is its just a cable issue with them? Friend of mine has there cable and swears by it, Just a thought. There I go again working with out tools . Oh I use maxthon.
