menaguy74 Posted September 18, 2008 CID Share Posted September 18, 2008 For some reason my modem keeps reseting its self.... they said it was my modem so they sent me a new modem and i ant useing a router eather and i am keep geting discontected it seems like it does it more at night it just does it for a sec.... i had that prob at my other house too and i think they came and put a new phone jack in but i dont want to pay for that if i dont have to get that done Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

mudmanc4 Posted September 20, 2008 CID Share Posted September 20, 2008 There is someone else here that has a modem that kept resetting itself, finally it was decided that the modem was defective. maybe be very persistent with the ISP, keep calling them , telling them the problem.
