Hi,anyone in wyoming county arcade,yorkshire,ny???

I notice it has been almost a week now ,pulling my hair out, reformatting PC ,rr tech out at my location to replace cable modem ,unit my 14th call customer service finally told me there is a work in progress in spingville,n.y to correct this problem,this is my premier service  of 15Mb Down/2 Mb Up  Download Speed: 3.61 mbps (462.3 KB/sec transfer rate)Upload Speed: 1860 kbps (232.5 KB/sec transfer rate)

tested this morning @ testmy.net its worst then ever

Tested from a 1013 kB file and took 18.328 seconds to complete

Have you ever had your advertised 15/2? Have you ever had any other packages from them? I would recommend asking them about rewriting or replacing your connection file, from their end. I've had them not replace that file which allows for the connection to send more data. Resetting your modem usually helps me in almost every bind. (Unplugging the modem for 30 Seconds or longer). Just ask them about that file, would be what I would do. If nothing else, I would say, please fix this or you'll be losing me as a customer. That has seemed to help me before with the same roadrunner your having troubles with. They did fix it though. [geek-small]
