Don't really know how to explain whats going on with it. Ive had it for a year or so. Now it randomly dials voicemail even when its closed and i can't use any buttons i have to take the battery out to get it to go off. I have reset everything i don't really know what to do any help would be great! Btw its the samsung sync SGH-A707
