so right now i got a amd phenom quad core 2.2ghz and a 8800gt in a regular case But Im looking to upgrade to a shuttle http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16856101073  But i don't know if the power supply will handle my cpu and gpu

I could Mod the case and get a 1u server Psu and put in it they are basicly the same size was looking at this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151064

or i could sacrifice my Cd drive and get this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817153069

Just looking for some ideas any and all are welcome

whats the minimum like just get by power needed to run a 8800Gt like Amp on the 12v rail

This is what BFG Tech says the minimum power requirement for a 8800GT is.

425W PCI Express-compliant system power supply with a combined 12V current rating of 28A or more
