melolry Posted November 26, 2008 CID Share Posted November 26, 2008 hello...is me again...haiz... my computer...oh god... do u guys noe how can i fix this problem?? when i on9...a while...my monitor will appear this error.. -->generis host process for win32 services has problem need to close all programs... i had search for many this kind of solutions but it didt work that all... 1st, i download the update program from microsoft, ok...and i 'run' it...still jump out that stupid error.. 2nd, i change win32 folder fill name 'dll' to 'old' ...that...work a while...but few days later... it appear again... do u guys noe how can i fix this problem?? do i reli need to format my computer again?? oh...and...sometimes it did not appear...but.. my connection status will appear 'connect', but i cant run any web... if i disconnect it, and connect again...it will run...but in this way, i need to do this kind of move everytime... so...is that the generis host process for win32 services problem?? pls...i need to noe...how can i fix this problem...i reli need help with this... melolry Posted November 27, 2008 Author CID Share Posted November 27, 2008 em.... i had scan it...my com got trojan... is that the problem that why my connection had problem?? and...when i removed the virus...it just 'moved to virus vault', i open the virus vault file, all virus and trojan are all inside.. how can i destroy those virus and trojan...or i just clink 'delete' or 'empty vault'?? Yes, you should empty virus vault. chances are, if you have several, there might me some " left overs " in the registry. You should do two things, after deleting the virus's in the vault, you should run the scanner again. Then run spybot , this will show more " nastie's " within your computer. melolry Posted November 27, 2008 Author CID Share Posted November 27, 2008 how many of them...i never count how many of them ... em...i think have 5~7 trojan .... trojan will make my 'generis host process for win32 services' go 'error'?? hmm...now the error didt appear...but i will keep DC ... and i just c my connection icon is still appear 'connected' ... how can i solve this problem ...?? like i just said...i need to disconnect my internet connection, and connect again...sometimes it work...but sometimes.. i need to restart my com again ..
