Help with getting my DSL faster

Hello everyone, I am new here, so bear with me! My ISP is Earthlink and I am using the 1.5 mbps plan. I installed TCP optimizer and these are my results. Seems like it could go up a little more and my upload stat seems low, but I'll let the experts disect that. My PC is also connected to a d-link wbr-1310 wireless router.

Tested from a 1536 kB file and took 9.907 seconds to complete

Your download isn't going to go any faster, and if your upload speed is advertised at 384kbps it wont go any faster either.
