helow everyone

i'm very confused with what's going on here..

if i try to ping 10.0.0.1 , the response is very good (5ms-10ms)

but i wonder why the internet speed is slow.. i have to use proxy to increase the speed a bit (sometimes the proxies are down though)..

is there a solution for this kind of issue?

i use nod32 n have scanned my computer, and only 1 file has been infected and cleaned..
