i made a file for you

download this attached file (Cable & DSL 256 64.zip) and unzip it to C:ProgramCablenut

now open cablenut adjuster, click delete cablenut tweaks so all fields is blank, click save to registry

now go to top left corner, click file, click load custom settings file, browse to C:ProgramCablenut and dubbleclick on Cable & DSL 256 64.ccs

now you see alot of values in adjuster, click save to registry again

now reboot your pc and make a new speed test

great 90 % of cap down and 84% up

then add approx 10 % TCP overhead and you get what you pay for

my one friend has a wireless 256k connection, he says its completely reliable and has great pings and he plays WoW and Guild Wars with no problems, but downloading stuff is a hassle, so speed isnt everything....

That's very true.  Reliability and consistency in an internet service goes a long way.  That is definitely a huge factor for me anyway.
