Some information about my cable modem. The part I'm concerned about is underlined and red.

Hey hoodlegend ...dBmV  is a designation given to Rf power levels...Decibels Per Millivolt.  In your case the -10.12 is the incoming/receive power comming in. You have little to no control over this as it is from your cable co.  Loose or dirty connections would be about the extent of it. The 48.25 is the transmitt power or power level going out from your modem...again not much you can do as most of that is set by firmware or software in your modem. It's help to a tech in troubleshooting your problems.
