Van B-

Sorry I'm such a rookie and I'm new to some of the terms.

How do I make myself Pingable?

If I do an IPConfig my address is what is assigned thru my router/gateway.  Which address do I use and how do I get it?

Thanks for your patience

no problem, disable your firewall during the test, or config it to allow ICMP echo requests

If I was pingable and everything was set up right here are my results.

I'm not sure I was pingable.  My IP was correct.  Cox changed it today that's why I wasn't sure of the new numbers.

Email this link to your ISP and let them fix the loss

My line quality issue is resolved.

My Tweak Test tells me my RWIN settings are too high (i'm using the 4000/256)

and this is my last test to testmy.net

What am I doing wrong.  I used to bitch about getting 1.5Meg out of 4.  Now I don't even get 1?
