rgwells1111 Posted April 6, 2004 CID Share Posted April 6, 2004 i play nascar 2003 online and when i race my ping jumps to 300 400 constantly i use end it all and it doesnt help at all ive tryed switching modems to no avail i have dial up with msn my modem is a 56k v.92 usb modem i run windows xp pro 756 ddr memory 64 mb geforce3 and an amd 2000 pleaze send some help my way so i dont keep runnin over everybody thanx rgwells Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

For real though, if you play online games, even games like starcraft and warcraft which really don't take up too much bandwidth... you are going to have problems with dial-up. The latency on a dial up connection just sucks.
