cursseder Posted August 22, 2009 CID Share Posted August 22, 2009 im new to this site... i found the topics hre very interesting and helpful.. im on the quest now on how to run PRIZM to configure my canopy from 1mbps agregate to 7mbps agregate here's what ive got... -i have downloaded and installed the PRIZM from motorola -i just followed the default settings and tried to run both the prizmEMS server and and web server ...i was able to access the prizm gui, but just the main page...but is says SERVER IS DOWN. so i thought about the license...then i requested the license using my ESN from the motorola site using my ESN and after a day they gave an Evaluation License for 30 days...my questions.. -will this eval license work? -when i requested the eval license they gave me 4 files.. 2 .pdf, 1 ,lic and 1 .sh files....i know the pdf and .lic but what about the .sh? -if it will work?...how will i activate it...i tried on PRIZM went to action>upload license file> and browse my eval license but here's the error -if it wont work what kind of license or do i need? do i need the license from smart? thnks alot Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
