whats with my upload speed ?

I just got upgraded to the 16/2 tier , but my upload looks alot better . What do you guys think ? :cheesy: :cheesy:

It might be a good idea for you to use the automatic test here at testmy.net, it's in the misc tools section up at the top of the page, this will log the test results for you. Of course since your a member all of your tests are logged for you. But this may give you an idea of the times that your having issues. Also able to refer to the ISP.

yeah...I'm a technician for Comcast.  That 55 DbMv is too high for the transmit level and the higher that number the harder it is for the modem too talk back.  This creates heat and the heat causes the modem to shut off until it cools down.  Then repeat the process.  It's best to keep that upload below 50 DbMv
