It started going to this werid screen and I dont know what it means, and it use to just do it sometimes, but now its like all the time, and its been stuck for the last three hours. This is what it says: Boot Loader 0A.52. SW Version: R3443U5_G_0E.C 8.0DR PH SIG ERR: 35:02: OK to Program Connect USB Data Cable And when I hook up the USB it does nothing. I dont know what to do. zalternate Posted September 22, 2009 CID Share Posted September 22, 2009 Is this a unlocked phone with new firmware? Or is it a second hand phone? I don't know, but I am guessing a corrupt flash memory or firmware needs to be re-flashed. Power it down and make sure the battery gets fully charged, before re-flashing, by someone who knows how to flash without killing the unit, If a tech determines that outcome from the symptoms.
