alot of ppl are way over their cap with these tweaks, i do not know how much bandwidth voip use, but aslong as your not using all your upload bandwith while talking in the phone it shouldnt be a problem, but i suggest you use that shaper, i assume it only reserve bandwith if you using the voip.

the voip uses 50kbit. the shaper is quality of service. There is a set of rules, and it shapes the traffic. IE, voip traffic gets sent out before any other data would.

Right now I am at:

The first one, which is better, was taken while the phone was in use. Then it ceased to be used and the speed went down :

Hey.. how did you setup your custom speed tests? I threw your 20MB file on bafserv.com (my web server in a datacenter in NYC) and used this url:

http://www.testmy.net/d_load.php?ni=1&st=st&tt=&ta=1&top=VanBuren&out_src=bafserv.com/20MB&out_size=21475328

Got me:

I set my upload to 384000. I still have to tweak it some, but its the same as my dl, and its very nice. Tweaking it down some should get the duplicates fine, right? My cap is 920kbitish, so its good.
