If there not sure what to do at this time, in the mean while send out a data sheet to the modems effected and a quick guide to the end user to change the password, hello ?  Only thing wrong with this, is I would bet that 85% of end users have no clue what an IP is, let alone the 50% that have no idea what the modem even is, or where it's located.
