MY Smartbro is worse than a Dial Up Connection~!

damn... almost 2years since now I'm experiencing this kind of problem if anyone can help me ... please i desperately need your guidance...  my connection is worse than dial up wtf~! 

if any1 says that smarbro is better than dial up then he must be crazy ....

sadly i had the same experience too... where are u from? I have full bar of HSDPA and 3G in the software of my smartbro but weird the speed on transport rate is: 9.78kbps and on receive rate is 30.95kbps... is there anyway we can improve this????
