I'm going to have to make a special forum here for Qwest Fiber... it's insane guys! I'm not getting the full speed but it's cool because I still have more than enough bandwidth open for doing other shit while stuff is downloading in the background. On average files download at about 4.1 to 4.5 MB/s ... and yes, that's MEGABYTE not megabit.

This is a speed test I just ran...

... And if you see in my signature I've had faster. As I said, it's not 100% of the speed that was promised but seriously who cares at that point. If I had business class service I might bitch to them about it but I only pay for residential. The service I have is Qwest

Are you a Qwest internet subscriber? Then you'll be pleased to know that Qwest today announced that it is increasing internet speeds using next-generation VDSL2 technology.

Qwest internet subscribers now have the option of download and upload speeds up to 40 Mbps and 20 Mbps, respectfully.

This new product is being offered to qualifying customers at the following prices:

Connection speeds of 40 Mbps downstream with 5 Mbps upstream, starting at $99.99 a month for the first 12 months when combined with a qualifying home phone package.

Connection speeds of 40 Mbps downstream with 20 Mbps upstream, starting at $109.99 a month for the first 12 months when combined with a qualifying home phone package.

An introductory rate of $5 more a month for qualified customers with 7 Mbps, 12 Mbps or 20 Mbps speed tiers who upgrade to 5 Mbps upstream speeds.

Qwest has started to roll out these services on a limited basis in certain locations within its fiber-optic-fast internet footprint, including Denver, Tucson, Salt Lake City, and Minneapolis/St. Paul. In the coming months, Qwest plans to introduce these services to select areas within 23 markets, including markets in New Mexico, Oregon, Utah and Washington.

Since I live in Phoenix so it's obviously here as well. I highly recommend their service, although I'm only a couple weeks in it seems to be pretty reliable and insanely fast. The upload is unbelievable.
