Cableone 5mbps

Here's what i get with my 5mbps/500kbps package...of course next month im getting the 10mbps/1mpbps package for 5 bucks more a month lol. but here's what im getting now with the 5mbps package no tweaking on windows 7. :cool2:

CA3LE, even after i get the 10mbps package, i still would rather have yours....but if i cant have it, i have a list of things for you to download for me hahahaha :2funny:

That's nice that they're going to double your speed for only 5 more bucks. Cable companies are for the most part good to their customers and usually deliver (at least in all my experiences) higher speeds than they advertise. And I've been running testmy.net in one form or another since 1999 and I worked for Cox Communications for 5 years. So I've seen the broadband industry with a magnifying glass... Cable companies always come out on top because of the bandwidth potential of coax. But the advent of fiber to the home may force the cable companies to rethink their strategy. Only time will tell.
