We've been fighting with PLDT for close to 2 years and it's now gone far beyond tolerable. The problem isn't speed or bandwidth, it's getting any connection at all on an ADSL account. You just have to find this out, I mean I will try to find out the details and let you know apart from this, Globe broadband is also very good.
