With 600 - 700[ up to 1.2 mb with burst] kbs download speed, how can they think 40 kbs upload is going to be good enough for everyday activities? If it was a xmas party, and you had 12 pictures, you have a 12 minute wait there to send some damn pictures to family and friends. - Lets say you bought a new Sony Digicam, and made a home movie. [ Movie, not clip. 10 - 20 minute movie] Well over 400mb large. But with the right compression tools lets say you chopped it to about 170 mb. 170 mb on a 40 kb connction, lol....
